Sweet Planet is the ukrainian pastry shop, owned by confectioner Iryna.
Iryna wanted to have a logo for her company, that will represent the planet of sweets.
After many experiments, testing and tweaking I finally had a completed logo, which I showed to Iryna. She loved it!!!
Now let’s get into the details:
WOW FACTOR: The concept behind the logo is based on the illusion of cupcake in the planet. The cupcake represents all the sweets the client produces.
The colours orange, red and yellow were chosen because of warm nature.
Orange color is the color of the planet, at the same time in graphic design it represents the younger generation ( in fact, target market of the business is mostly young people ).
Yellow – the color of dough – in design , yellow stands for positivity ( pretend that people, who taste sweetplanet cakes and become guests of “the planet” will become positive and happy.)
Red – is the color of a cherry and represents love in design, because all the products created by sweet planet are made with love.
The colors are logical. So is the concept. This is the kind of logodesign, that is extremely logical.
Sweet planet – is a “club”, everybody , who tastes its products becomes the member of the club, becomes the guest on the sweet planet, where he can be treated only with positivity and love.
